Meet Tiny Intuitive Alchemy

As a human who loves cartoons, I finally had the resources to create a cartoon version of me to serve as a signifier of my whimsical thoughts about books, movies, tv, fashion, and food.

Tiny Intuitive Alchemy was created by Baruch Porras-Hernandez a multidisciplinary artist living in San Francisco.

More about Baruch: a writer, performer, organizer, professional MC/Host, curator, stand up comedian, and the author of the chapbooks “I Miss You, Delicate” and “Lovers of the Deep Fried Circle” both with Sibling Rivalry Press.

Baruch and I met on tour with Sister Spit and I’ve been obsessed with his work and sense of humor ever since. This Spring, I asked if he would create a cartoon version of me because he has a whole series called Tiny Baruch—a cartoon version and hilarious realist version of himself.

I am so excited to introduce you all to Tiny Intuitive Alchemy and the series of posts that will follow nerding out about some of my favorite things: Afrofuturist books, food, fashion, film, and tv.

You’ll be able to check out each post via the website and YouTube.

I look forward to nerding out with you all soon. xoxo
